Replaceable urethane feed wheels for Weinig, Diehl, SCM, Mattison, Leadermac moulders
Use with matching steel hub (as rubber wears, simply replace outer tire portion)
Any tire can be ordered to your choice of durometer : 70 (yellow) / 85 (orange) / 95 (red)
Standard recommendation for moulder application is 85 durometer tire (most popular)
Hubs are designed to fit either bolt on or shaft mount moulder position

Belt conversion kit (3 belts, 3 pulleys, 1 mounting tool) includes all hardware and instructions
When converting a roller feed to a belt feed, measure from the center of the first roller to the center of the last roller (with no tension in the rollers).
- If the measurement is between 270mm and 208mm select #1001-01A or #1001F-01A
- If the measurement is between 254mm and 264mm select #1002-01A or #1002F-01A
